Privacy policy

Customers registering and making purchases in the Salow Studios store provide their personal data and consent to its processing by Store under the terms of the Privacy Policy.

The Administrator of Customer’s personal data is Salow Studios, postal address: Św. Katarzyny 5, 31-063 Cracow, Poland, e-mail address: contact@salow-studios.com

The Seller processes personal data in compliance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 r. on the protection of natural persons regarding the processing of their personal data and on the free movement of such data, and to the repealing Directive 95/46/EC (GDPR).

Personal data are to be processed exclusively in order to:

– perform services (including registering Customers, executing Orders,
– using for this purpose the data included in the application form,
– first and last name, address, phone number, e-mail address and IP address,
– execute the Customer’s order (Customer’s data will by transmitted to Deliverers),
– the archiving of financial documents, for a period of law limitations,
– the handling of complaints and any legal measures, for a period of law limitations,
– direct marketing in the form of presenting the Salow Studios offers,
– marketing information related to the Seller to the Customer,
– with the aim to prevent frauds, provide network and information security,
– running statistical analysis,
– in order to send commercial communication regarding related products and services or providing „Newsletter” if such consent has been agreed,

The above data processing shall be carried out in accordance with article 6 paragraph 1 f) of the GPDR. The Customer has the right to access his/her personal data, correct it and transmit it.
